Entertainment major Viacom 18 today debuted into Bengali web series entertainment segment with 'Aschorjo packet', a comic chat show. The chat show will feature two celebrities of the entertainment world and an anchor who covers her face with a packet in each episode, a Viacom 18 spokesperson said here today. "We have shot five episodes of 'Ashchorjo Packet' with 10 celebrities," he said. The pairs include director-actor Raj Chakraborty and Abir Chatterjee, actors Rudranil Ghosh and Payel Sarkar, actor-director Paoli Dam and Mainak Bhaumik, he said. In the episodes popular Bengali RJ Manali is the anchor in conversation with the celebrities, who divulge interesting facts about their lives and participate in multiple fun and game segments. Chakraborty told PTI, "It was all fun and I played a director of short a commercial of a local ointment. Abir Chatterjee and I enjoyed our episode thoroughly."
