Kevin Spacey is facing a felony following an accusation of sexual assault that hit the headlines last year and the actor has shared a bizarre video clip on his social media, suggesting "we're not done". According to Variety, the charge is related with an allegation of misconduct that was made by former TV anchor, Heather Unruh, who said that the "House of Cards" star sexually assaulted her 18-year-old son in July 2016 at a Nantucket bar. Michael O'Keefe, the Cape and Islands district attorney in Massachusetts, said in a statement Monday that Spacey would be arraigned on January 7 for one charge of indecent assault and battery, the first criminal charge levied against him as a result of sexual misconduct allegations. Director Vijay Ratnakar Gatte says his film "The Accidental Prime Minister", which hits the screens in January, will be available in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu languages as they want to reach a wider audience. The film, starring Anupam Kher in the role of former prime minister Manmohan Singh, is based on Sanjay Baru's book of the same name. "The Accidental Prime Minister" was originally shot in English and Hindi but the maker then decided to simultaneously release in Tamil and Telugu, Gatte said. "Since the film is a story of the prime minister's office and belongs to the whole country, we want it to reach as far as possible and not just restrict it to the Hindi audience' Gatte said in a statement. A self-styled spiritual guru and his brother have been arrested here for allegedly cheating several people of over Rs 50 crore in a multi-level marketing racket, police said Monday. E Kumar Girish Singhand Dileep Singh were taken into custody based on a complaint by a woman from whom the Rs 21.78 lakh was collected for investment in 'DREAM BRIDZ', a social business network, assuring huge profits within a short period if the investors enrolled two new members each, a police release said. Girish, his wife, who is absconding, his brother and along with their followers, under the guise of running 'Advaita Spiritual Recharge Centre for Excellence', had allegedly cheated hundreds of people by collecting crores of rupees, it said. Cases have been registered against them under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the the AP Protection of Depositors From Financial Establishment Act and Price Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act. Mumbai's Dindoshi Sessions Court on Monday reserved the order on the anticipatory bail application filed by actor Alok Nath in the Vinta Nanda rape case for December 26.The actor had filed the bail application in the Mumbai court on 14 December.On November 21, a rape case was registered against Nath by the Mumbai Police, based on a complaint filed by the writer-producer, who accused him of raping her 19 years ago. The FIR was booked under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).Amidst the #MeToo movement, Nanda had narrated her horrifying ordeal in a Facebook post in October.
