BFSI Wrap: RBI may ease foreign bank stake limits, SBI's record fundraising, credit-deposit growth & more

RBI Governor Sanjay Malhotra said the central bank may allow foreign banks to own up to 26% in Indian banks. Currently, while foreign investors can hold up to 74%, strategic foreign investors are capped at 15%.
