Mumbai, Mar 30 (ANI): While speaking to ANI on Maharashtra Congress president Ashok Chavan has been forced to contest the ensuing Lok Sabha elections, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and Maharashtra Education Minister Vinod Tawde said, "Congress internal clashes have escalated to such a level that their convenor came here to intervene from the centre. Ashok Chavan was trying to field his wife for the Lok Sabha poll as he was willing to take part in the state politics. However, party has given him the ticket to contest the elections." Banihal (J and K), Mar 30 (ANI): A blast has occurred in a car in Banihal town of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) sources said, prima facie blast in the car seems to be a cylinder explosion, CRPF convoy was at a significant distance from explosion site, does not appear to be an attack. Further investigation is underway.
