New Delhi, Nov 09 (ANI): Apple Arcade, the iPhone maker's game subscription service has reached a milestone of 100 games available to play. As Engadget notes, the latest addition to the offering is six games including Sociable Soccer, UFO on Tape: First Contact, Takeshi and Hiroshi, Guildlings, Discolored, and Marble It Up: Mayhem. Apple Arcade launched alongside the iPhone 11 on September 19. The all-in-one subscription provides access to games with no ads or additional purchases. Up to six family members can play from a single subscription.
New Delhi, Nov 09 (ANI): A new study conducted by Neuroscientists has identified a mechanism that may help build memories during deep sleep. This study centred on the role of the nucleus reuniens, an area that connects two other brain structures involved in creating memories - the prefrontal cortex and the hippocampus -- and may coordinate their activity during slow-wave sleep. "Before this study, we did not know what was responsible for connecting the prefrontal cortex and the hippocampus," added Hauer, who researched under the supervision of Clay Dickson, a professor in the Department of Psychology and Silvia Pagliardini, associate professor in the Department of Physiology.

Mumbai, Nov 08 (ANI): Reacting to Devendra Fadnavis's claims that rotational chief minister post agreement was never decided in Maharashtra, Sanjay Raut said that party chief Uddhav Thackeray had told him that the 50:50 formula was decided between the two parties before the elections. Youth Congress workers first gathered near the RBI office and tried to barge the police barricading. The police then used excessive force to stop the workers from entering into the RBI office. The corridor aims to create a pilgrimage link between the Dera Baba Nanak shrine in Gurdaspur district and Pakistan's Darbar Sahib. India and Pakistan had signed an agreement to open the Kartarpur Sahib Corridor for Indian pilgrims on October 24, ahead of the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak.

Kathmandu (Nepal), Nov 08 (ANI): A Nepalese mountain climber and former British soldier has smashed the world record for climbing the world's highest 14 mountains in just over six months, beating the previous best of nearly eight years. Nirmal "Nims" Purja scaled the last of all 14 mountains with peaks higher than 8,000m above sea level on October 29 when he reached the peak of Shishapangma - the 14th highest - in China. Purja, who served in the elite Royal Marine regiment, began his record attempt in Nepal on Annapurna mountain - the 10th highest in the world - which he scaled on the 23rd of April this year. Previously, the world record for an individual climbing all 14 peaks was 7 years, 11 months and 14 days held by Jerzy Kukuczka in 1987, before it was beaten in 2013 by just 1 month and 8 days as South Korean Kim Chang-ho took Kukuczka's record.
