New Delhi, Nov 14 (ANI: BJP National Spokesperson Meenakashi Lekhi on November 14 reacted on Rahul Gandhi contempt case. She said that better methodology of doing politics should prevail. Lekhi also lambasted at Congress by saying that the main opposition party should know how not to be intolerant of others who are doing better than them. SC today closed the contempt proceedings against Rahul Gandhi over his 'chowkidar chor hai' remark. He faced contempt charges for wrongly attributing the 'chowkidar chow hai' remark to the Supreme Court. Rahul Gandhi had later apologised to the court. The Supreme Court accepted Rahul's 'unconditional apology' and closed the contempt proceedings against him.

It has empowered article 25, this is a historic day, we have come to understand that there is no stay but we will continue all the prayer meetings and we will resist any feminist from intruding or invading into Sabrimala Temple, we will resist all kind of trespassing. We would request Kerala government and all the young feminist groups not to try to trespass and intrude into temple," said Easwar. He further said that Shah knows how to break and how to unite political parties and we have seen glimpses of it in several states - be it in Goa or Karnataka. JNU students continue protest, not satisfied with partial roll back in fee

New Delhi, Nov 14 (ANI): Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) students continued to protest on Nov 14. They staged protest alleging that only a partial roll back in the fee was done. JNU admin building was blocked due to the continuous protest. JNU decided to partially roll-back hike proposed in hostel fees on Nov 13. Bengaluru, Nov 14 (ANI): 15 rebel Karnataka MLAs of Congress and JD(S) joined BJP on Nov 14. They joined the party in the presence of Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa. Earlier, 17 MLAs were disqualified by the state assembly speaker KR Ramesh Kumar. Their disqualification was upheld by the Supreme Court, yesterday. These MLAs can contest upcoming by-elections on December 05. Speaking on it, CM BS Yediyurappa said, "We have promised those MLAs that we will provide ministry to them as well.
