Iran complying with 2015 nuclear deal, says US

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has said that is complying with a 2015 nuclear deal.

In a letter to House Speaker Paul Ryan, Tillerson certified that was compliant through April 18 with its commitments under the 2015 nuclear deal.
