To attract tourists in the rainy season the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) on Saturday announced its monsoon packages of up to 40% off in its hotels in the hill state.
“The monsoon discount on accommodation will be from July 1 to Sept 13 (except 9 Aug to 11 Aug),”said Subhasish Panda , MD HPTDC .
“The Shimla region discount will vary from 35 to 40%. Chail 30 to 35%. Barog-Parwanoo and Rampur regions 35%,”he said.
“In the Kullu-Manali 30 to 40% . Dharamsala-Jwalaji-Palampur 30 to 40%,”he added .
Tourists can avail instant reservation facility of hotels and transport services online through the HPTDC’s website(hptdc.gov.in).
HPTDC has over 60 properties all over the state in some of the best locations. Several hotels are housed in heritage buildings .
