ABG launches its operations in India

Our Regional Bureau Chennai/ Hyderabad
ABG Inc, a division of Adayana Inc, has launched its operations in India in Hyderabad. The company, which provides services like consulting, market research and training for agri-business, food and life sciences industries, is planning to make the Hyderabad centre a hub for its Asia-Pacific operations.

Addressing the media on Thursday, Michael A Jackson, chief executive officer of ABG, said, "India is a potential market for us taking into consideration its strong agricultural base."

According to Jackson, there is a huge knowledge gap between the people producing the information in this sector and its intended users.

"We, therefore, are looking at reducing this gap by our support, training and market research inputs on various issues concerning the industry," he added. ABG is also looking at collaborating with universities and institutes in this regard.
