ACC Sept despatches down 4%

Associated Cement Companies (ACC) has recorded a decline of 3.89% in despatches at 12.82 lakh tonne in September as against 13.34 lakh tonne in the same month last year.

According to a release issued by ACC to the BSE today, production declined 3.69% in September to 12.52 lakh tonne as compared to 13 lakh tonne in the same month last fiscal.

Cumulative despatches between April-September increased 5.60% to 84.34 lakh tonne as against 79.86 lakh tonne during the same period last year.

Cumulative production registered a growth of 5.25% at 84.06 lakh tonne as compared to 79.86 lakh tonne, the release added.
