Accenture, ISB launch AMDA

The AMDA is an innovative career-development opportunity for Accenture employees. It is designed to help the employees about management skills, Accenture sources said here today.     

The Centre for Executive Education and the Centre for IT and Networked Economies (CITNE) at the ISB has partnered with Accenture to develop the curriculum for the Academy, with CITNE bringing its cutting-edge reserach to enrich the programme.

 

The academy will offer 18 to 24 month programmes for this first three levels of Accenture middle management in India: team lead, associate manager and manager.     

"Attracting, developing and retaining top talent is a critical component of Accenture's high-performance stragtegy and critical to our ability to deliver exceptional client service," Accenture's group chief executive Karl-Heinz Floether said.

"We are committed to reaching out to different sections of society to develop leadership talent that will have a positive impact on emerging economies. Our collaboration with Accenture is an important step in this direction, especially in the IT sector," Deepak Chandra, associate dean of executive education at ISB said.
