Ackruti City QIP to open on Sept 3

Ackruti City will open the qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue to the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) on September 3. This will be in respect of issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the company.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange(BSE), the company said that the shares will be offered at Rs 500.60 per share.

The shares of the company was trading at Rs 561.80 up 3.99 per cent from the previous close on BSE.
