Andhra Bank Q2 net up 3% to Rs 325 crore

Total income stood at Rs 3,417.62 crore in the quarter as against Rs 2,960.32 crore during the same period a year ago

Public sector lender Andhra Bank has witnessed a 3% increase in its net profit to Rs 325.63 crore for the second quarter ended September 2012, as against Rs 316.12 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Total income stood at Rs 3,417.62 crore in the quarter under review, as against Rs 2,960.32 crore during the same period a year ago, registering a growth of 15.44%.

Shares of Andhra Bank are currently trading at Rs 103.25 on the BSE, up 0.58%, over the previous close of Rs 102.65.
