Ansal Buildwell announces first group housing project in HP

Delhi-based Ansal Buildwell Limited announced the launch of their first group housing project at Kullu in Himachal Pradesh, the first venture by the company in any hilly state in the country.

Spread over 3.7 acres land, the project, named Meadows, is a joint venture between Ansal Buildwell and Pacific Construction and Management.

Ansal Buildwell Sales and Marketing Head Ranjeev Kalia said sales realisation from the project was expected to be Rs 120 crore. Ansal Buildwell is eyeing a Rs 1,000-crore turnover by the end of the year, out of which the company claims to have realised sales of Rs 350 crore in the current year.

 

Meadows in Kullu, seeking an investment of Rs 90-100 crore, would offer a total of 190 residential units with specifications of 1 bedroom, hall, kitchen (BHK), 2BHK and 3BHK with areas of approximately 850 sq feet to 1,550 sq feet. This would also include six premium villas of the size of approximately 2,100 sq feet.

While the price of the furnished apartments with five-star interiors would range between Rs 38 lakh and Rs 68 lakh, the villas have been priced at Rs 1.5 crore each.
