Bajaj Holdings &amp; Investment (BHIL), new holding company of Bajaj Auto group, in its first year of demerger has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 79.32 crore on a net sales of Rs 62.63 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

</p><p class='TableClas'>On standalone basis, the company posted a net profit of Rs 48.57 crore on a total income of Rs 61.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. On annual basis the net profit and sales were recorded at Rs 307.02 crore and Rs 355.33 crore.</P></p></table>
