Bajaj's K Srinivas joins DHFL parent group

Company constitutes GMC with dual objective of enhancing value to existing businesses and expanding domain of group's financial services offerings

K Srinivas, the former president of two-wheeler business of Bajaj Auto has joined Rajesh Wadhawan-promoted Wadhawan Global Capital.

Wadhawan Global Capital which was formed earlier this month is the holding company of all Rajesh Wadhawan Group's investments in financial services, which include India's second largest private housing finance company DHFL, a majority stake in the life insurance company DHFL Pramerica amongst several others.

The company has constituted a Group Management Centre (GMC) with the dual objective of enhancing value to existing businesses and expanding the domain of the group's financial services offerings.

The GMC also witnessed three high profile appointments earlier this month - Ravishankar, former CFO and acting CEO of Jet Airways, Milind Sarwate, former group CFO of Marico and M Suresh, former Managing Director, Tata AIA.
