Bartronics promoters pledge 9.17% shares

Identification technology services provider Bartronics India today said its four promoters have pledged 26.56 lakh shares representing 9.17 per cent stake in the company.

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Bartronics said its promoter A B Satyavas Reddy has pledged 17 lakh shares representing 5.87 per cent stake in the company.

Similarly, three other promoters -- R Satish Reddy, A B Neetha Reddy and R Shobha Rani Reddy -- have pledged 3.48, 3.73 and 2.35 lakh shares respectively, the company added.

However, the company has not disclosed any financial details in this regard.

Shares of Bartronics closed at Rs 67.80, down 0.59 per cent on the BSE.
