BEL elevates 2 GMs as exec directors

State-run Bharat Electronics (BEL) today elevated two of its general managers as executive directors (EDs).

G D Gupta has been named ED (International Marketing) at BEL's Corporate Office here and M S Venkatesh Murthy will be ED (HR) at BEL's Bangalore Complex, who were previously the GMs at the Navratna firm, a company release said.

The defence PSU also appointed Vipin Katarae as general manager (strategic planning) and R K Handa as GM at Navi Mumbai Unit, it added.
