Britannia rejigs top management

Vinod Menon appointed as CFO, Neeraj Chandra will take over as VP and head of strategy and new business development

Biscuits maker Britannia Industries today said it has restructured some of its key management posts, including that of Chief Financial Officer.

Vinod Menon has been appointed Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer with effect from February 1. Menon replaces Raju Thomas, who will relinquish his post on January 31, the company said in a release.

Neeraj Chandra, currently Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President of marketing, sales and innovation, will take over Menon's previous role of Vice-President and head of strategy and new business development, it said.

Chandra will be replaced by Varun Berry as the new Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President of marketing, sales and innovation, the statement said.

 

Berry, who has over 27 years of experience, was previously associated with Hindustan Unilever and Pepsico.
