Citi names Rajiv Nayar as head of capital markets origination

Citi today announced that it has appointed Rajiv Nayar as head of Capital Markets Origination (CMO) for Citi in India, leading the team that helps originate and execute debt and equity transactions for Citi’s clients in India. Rajiv will report to Ken Poon, head of Asia Pacific Capital Market Origination and Ravi Kapoor, head of Global Banking India.

Rajiv is currently the Head of Citi’s Capital Management  Group within Global Banking for Asia Pacific where he is responsible for the management and deployment of capital for institutional clients in the region as well as oversight of debt transactions for Global Banking within the region.
