Buoyed by the response from Punjab and Chandigarh markets, Premium Japanese watch maker Citizen Watches Co Ltd plans to open three more exclusive showrooms in Amritsar and Jalandhar and in Chandigarh along with service centre support. The company witnessed a 34 per cent increase in sales in the Chandigarh market. With this growth, it has achieved a 20 per cent market share this year in the northern region and envisages a 30 per cent market share in the coming financial year from this region.
Citizen Watches (India) Pvt Ltd manager (marketing), Amit Kalia stated, “In the coming financial year, we plan to launch three exclusive showrooms in Amritsar, Jalandhar and in Chandigarh along with service centre support.”
