CLSA unit to invest Rs 92cr in Everest Kanto

The board of directors of Everest Kanto Cylinder today approved a preferential issue of 18.96 lakh shares to Brightwell, a unit of CLSA Private Equity Management, at Rs 485 per share.

This was announced in a release issued by Everest Kanto to the BSE today. The issue would bring in Rs 92 crore, and account for 9.72% of the enhanced equity capital of the company.
