Container Corporation Q2 net dips 8.64% to Rs 204 cr

State-owned Container Corporation of India today said its net profit declined by 8.64 per cent to Rs 204.34 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, over the same period last year.

Total income rose to Rs 1,003.8 crore in the latest quarter, from Rs 950.74 crore in the same period last year, Container Corporation of India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of Container Corporation of India today closed at Rs 1,159.95 on the BSE, down 0.97 per cent from its previous close.
