Cox and Kings ties up with Dubai travel co

BS Reporter Mumbai

Cox and Kings Global Services (CKGS) a 100% subsidiary of Cox and Kings, has tied up with DNATA, the largest Air Travel Service provider in the West Asia, to form C&K Marhaba Dubai Visa (CNKMDV) to provide visa processing services to the governments of Dubai and Sharjah.

The unique advantage of this tie-up is that travellers can apply online through CNKMDV and obtain the visa in three working days. However, the decision to grant visa is the sole prerogative of Department of Naturalisation and Residency Dubai (DNRD), or the Dubai Immigration Department.

“The new facilities will enable Indian travellers with a smoother and seamless visa formalities and immigration experience,” said Sanjay Bhaduri, CEO of CKGS.

CNKMDV will process two types of visas — tourist and transit visas, while the former are valid for a maximum period of 30 days after entry and will cost Rs 4,550, the latter is a 96-hour-visa (transit visa) and will cost Rs 3,550.

This service will benefit around about 6.5 lakh travellers to Dubai, said Bhaduri.

For this service, CNKMDV has set up offices in 11 cities across India with its headquarters based in Mumbai with centres in Delhi, Amritsar, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

This tie up also offers Marhaba Meet and Greet Services for Indian passengers arriving, departing and transiting through Dubai International Airport.
