E-learning solutions provider Educomp Solutions, through its affiliate company, Beacon, today entered into a partnership with Great Lakes Institute of Management.
The two partners will invest a total of Rs 150 crore over a period of five years. The partnership will help both companies expand their operations in the country, Educomp Solutions said in a statement.
The partnership will have campuses in Delhi and the NCR region, Mumbai and Eastern India.
Great Lakes Institute of Management has a centre in Chennai.
Shares of Educomp Solutions were trading at Rs 438.65 on the BSE today, up 1.33% from the previous close.
