Era Infra Ltd to invest Rs 4,000 cr in realty projects

Era Infrastructure (India) Ltd, the realty venture of Era Construction, plans to invest about Rs 4,000 crore over the next four years to develop various real estate projects.

"We have undertaken 13 projects, spread over 1,000 acres for development, which includes townships, malls, group housing and IT Parks," Era Group Vice Chairman A K Mehta said.

Besides, he said, the company would also intend to take up mega-townships and hotel projects in the near future.

The development of 13 properties, which was scheduled to be completed in the next 3-4 years, would entail an investment of Rs 4,000 crore, Mehta said.
