Eros International Media today reported 39.68% decline in its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 30 at Rs 27.35 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 45.34 crore in the corresponding period last year, Eros International Media said in filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The total income during the second quarter also fell by 6.33% to Rs 174.80 crore from Rs 186.62 crore in the year-ago period, it added.
The shares of the company today closed 0.91% up at Rs 267.45 apiece on the BSE.
