Essar commissions new berth

A subsidiary of Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics, Vadinar Ports & Terminals, has commissioned a new product berth at Vadinar, Gujarat. The evacuation capacity of the berth is 7 million metric tons per annum. With the above commissioning, the total capacity of the terminalling facilities at Vadinar has gone up from 41 MMTPA to 48 MMTPA, Essar said in a statement to the stock exchanges.
