Glenmark Generics, a subsidiary of pharmaceutical firm Glenmark has received abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) approval from US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) for Trandolapril tablets and will immediately commence marketing and distribution of these products in the US market.

The total sales for Trandolapril tablets in the 12 month period ending March, 2008 were in excess of $23 million as per IMS Health.</P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
