GS Auto allots 40 lakh warrants to promoters

Automotive component manufacture GS Auto International today said it has allotted 40 lakh warrants to promoters and strategic investors.

In a filing to the BSE, the company said it has alloted 40 lakh warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares after 18 months to promoters and strategic investors.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 50.85, up 2.49 per cent on the BSE.
