GSS America Infotech to acquire companies

GSS America Infotech, an IT Consulting and Software Development company, has decided in principle for acquisition of identified companies as part of its in-organic growth plans.

The board in its meeting  held on November 30, authorised the CEO to do next steps of due-diligence and present the board for final approval in terms of price and terms in next 30 to 60 days.
