HCL Infosystems inducts two directors on its board

India’s premium ICT company HCL Infosystems Ltd has appointed Pradeep K Khosla and Harsh Chitale as additional directors on the board of the company with effect from August 17, 2011.

Further the company has informed that Harsh Chitale has also been appointed as Whole-time Director.
