HCL Tech to amalgamate HCL Technoparks
IT major HCL Technologies today said it will merge its subsidiary, HCL Technoparks with itself.
The Delhi High Court has approved the scheme of amalgamation of HCL Technoparks, wholly-owned subsidiary with the company, IT major said in a filing to the BSE.
The scheme of amalgamation has become effective retrospectively from April 1, 2009, the company added.
