Hyderabad-based IMImobile Private Limited, a provider of mobile data platform and services to telecom operators and enterprises, launched IMImobile Openhouse, a cloud-based mobile engagement platform, in India.
According to company founder and chief executive officer Vishwanath Alluri, the new platform will allow businesses to quickly set up multi-channel customer engagement and employee productivity services using its ready-to-use engines.
He told mediapersons here on Friday the Openhouse also enables telecom operators to open up their network for innovation and monetise their network assets.
Stating that IMImobile has the first mover advantage in this regard, Alluri said the company was confident of garnering a substantial portion of an estimated Rs 8,000-crore m-engagement market in the country.
It has targeted to achieve revenues to the tune of Rs 2,000 crore from the new platform.

Openhouse platform offers interactive business tools like SMS broadcast, voice broadcast, shortcodes, longcodes, keywords, missed calls to SMS, missed call to call, SMS to call, click to call and virtual interactive voice response system (IVRS). It also offers messaging and voice application programme interface (API).
Alluri said the company had proposed to outsource sales agents for the marketing of Openhouse platform.
“We are also launching a catalyst programme to train about 1,000 people as sales agents in the next one-and-a-half years,” he added.
