IT consultant Keane picks up Worldzen, a BPO entity

 As per the agreement between the two companies, Keane has the right to increase its ownership position in Worldzen over a period of time.

 Worldzen will continue to operate as a separate company focused on the BPO market with sales, marketing, business consulting and process optimization services in the US and BPO services delivery centre in India.
