Itc Sets 1:16 Swap For Bhadrachalam Merger
The board of the Rs 8,816 crore ITC Ltd today formally approved the merger with Rs 623 crore ITC Bhadrachalam Paper- boards Ltd, and recommended that Bhadrachalam shareholders be issued one share of ITC for 16 Bhadrachalam shares held.
