| Jubilant Organosys appoints Shroff as additional director |

Drug maker Jubilant Organosys today said it has appointed Shardul S Shroff as additional director of the company.
His appointment will be effective from today and he will be an independent director, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange.
