Mahindra Holidays appoints S Krishnan as new CFO

Prior to this he was the CFO of Mahindra Satyam

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd has appointed S Krishnan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with effect from January 1, 2014.

He was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mahindra Satyam and taking over the position of Aloke Ghosh, who has resigned from the services of the Company.

Krishnan, a Chartered Accountant having over 25 years of experience and held various positions in Mahindra Group, will join the board of Mahindra Holidays with effect from January 1, 2014, said the company.
