Mawana Sugars today posted a net loss of Rs 34.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, compared to a profit of Rs 27 lakh in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Net sales of the company stood at Rs 231.90 crore for the March quarter, while the same was Rs 193.94 crore during the corresponding period of the previous year, Mawana Sugars said in a filing to the BSE.
Shares of Mawana Sugars today closed at Rs 28.65 on the BSE, down 2.22 per cent from the previous close.
