Nalco board recommends 20% dividend

National Aluminium Company (Nalco) board at its meeting held yesterday, have approved annual accounts of the company for the year 2004-05.

According to a Nalco notice issued to the BSE, the board has recommended a final dividend of 20% to be paid to shareholders, subject to the approval of shareholders.

The company has further said that the total dividend paid, alongwith the 20% interim dividend, is 40% during the year 2004-05.
