NEWSALERT: KSK Energy to raise funds by issue of shares

KSK Energy Ventures today said its shareholders have approved to raise funds by issue of shares.

The company has received shareholders's nod through a postal ballot to raise funds by issue of shares, KSK Energy said in a filing to BSE.
