Parsvnath Developers has posted 17.7 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 108.87 crore for the quarter ended March 2008 as compared to Rs 132.43 crore posted in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Total income for the financial year (2007-2008) went up 19.7 percent from Rs 1534.50 crore to Rs 1837.12 crore.</P>
