Polaris Software to buy Laser Soft for Rs 52 cr

Polaris Software Labs has announced that it will be acquiring an 100 per cent stake in Chennai-based Laser Soft for a sum of Rs 52 crore.

Laser Soft is a software product company focussed on development of products for the banking and financial service sector. It has 4 development centers located at Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mangalore and employs around 500 people.

Polaris Software is a banking software company and offers comprehensive solutions for core banking, corporate banking, wealth and asset management and insurance.
