Media company Pritish Nandy Communications(PNCL) today said that a promoter group company has acquired 0.09 per cen stake in the company through market purchase.
PNCL's unit Artinvest India has acquired 12,602 equity shares of the company and its holding has increased from 3.25 per cent to 3.33 per cent in the company after the purschase, it detailed.
The promoter holding in the company has increased to 35.01 per cent to 35.09 per cent after the purchase, the report said.
