Pune-based listed real estate development company Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. said it has launched four new luxury projects --Tuscan Estate Signature Meadows, Downtown, 24K Glamore and 3rd Avenue at Life Republic which will total up to a development of 1.8 million square feet.
Tuscan Estate Signature Meadows and Downtown, will be located in Kharadi, 24K Glamore will come up at NIBM Road-Undri while 3rd Avenue at Life Republic will be near Hinjewadi.
The company works across the entire life cycle of real estate projects through stages and execution capabilities like location identification, acquisition, project planning, designing and development. and the like. The company is now headed to Mumbai for re-development projects.
