Reliance Jio Infocomm is getting ready to offer all kinds of digital services along with its fixed and wireless broadband connectivity, the company said on Tuesday.

"In addition to fixed and wireless broadband connectivity, Jio will also offer end-to-end solutions that address the entire value chain across various digital services such as education, health care, security, communication, financial services, government-citizen interfaces and entertainment," the subsidiary of Reliance Industries said in its quarterly financial performance press release on Tuesday.

Jio, which is expected to roll out from April, has already created several apps such as Jio Chat and Jio Money exclusively for its network in various categories. Last month, it launched mobile services for its 100,000 employees to test applications.

The company is also looking to partner with colleges to provide Wi-Fi services. The firm has substantially optimised its network and is testing service offerings along with vendors and channel partners. "User experience and data has been positive," it said.

On Monday, Jio board of directors approved a proposal to include fresh equity in Jio by issuing 15 billion shares to existing shareholders as the company intends to raise Rs 15,000 crore from the rights issue. It was not clear on Tuesday whether its parent company's board has approved Jio's decision.
