The top five deals this year accounted for 57.8% of the total investment in of deal value. The largest deal was Centerbridge Partners investing $1,157.5 million in Senvion for a 100% stake from Suzlon Energy, Alibaba Group and SAIF Partners Fund III investing $635 million in Noida-based One 97 Communications for 27.6% stake was second in line. This was followed by a $259.27 million investment made by International Finance Corp and GIC Special Investments in Kolkata-based Bandhan Financial Services, for an undisclosed stake
