Telecom services provider Spice Communications today said the company has appointed M R Prasanna and Ashish Dwivedi as Additional Directors on the board of the company.
The appointment has been made effective from August 8, Spice Communications said in a filing to the BSE.
Shares of Spice Comm closed at Rs 74.50, up 0.40 per cent on the BSE.
