Subash Menon resigns from Subex as CEO & MD

Subash Menon has resigned as managing director and chief executive of telecom software product company Subex. However, Menon, also the founder of the company, will continue to be with the company’s board as a non-independent director. “With the restructuring of the foreign currency convertible bonds complete, I have decided to focus on my other business interests and hence, this move,” Menon said in a statement. The board of directors of the company, which met in Mumbai on Thursday, has approved his resignation. The company has not yet announced his successor. On Thursday, Subex shares closed at 13.75 on the BSE, down 3.85 per cent.
