Sundram Fasteners annnounces 1:1 bonus

Sundram Fasteners have declared a 1:1 bonus issue of equity shares, ie every shareholder holding a share will get a free share.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the decision was taken by the board of directors and they will be annoucing the record date for the bonus issue later on.
